Rule-based calculation
Same input yields a fixed output — computed by a documented rule set, not generated by a language model.
Privacy-first
Floor-plan images and birth data are processed in memory; original images are never permanently stored on the server.
One-time purchase
No subscription and no auto-renewal — nothing to cancel, no hidden charges.
Six systems, one birth profile.
How it works
-
01
Upload the plan
A top-down floor plan plus the direction your main door faces. Read in memory, then discarded.
-
02
Enrich with birth data
Optionally add each household member, so room allocation can be matched to the whole home.
-
03
Read the report
A whole-home palace map with scored findings, remedies and a plain-language explanation.
What XUANJI actually is
XUANJI is a Chinese metaphysics engine. It converts a floor plan or a birth date into a structured reading — an eight-palace feng shui report, or a Four Pillars (Ba Zi) chart — using a deterministic rule engine rather than a language model.
Rule-based, not generated
Every verdict traces back to a documented rule set: Ba Zhai palace mapping, Jin Suo Yu Guan Sha and Shui rules, annual Flying Stars, and stem-branch (ganzhi) calculation. No language model writes the conclusions.
About one minute
A full eight-palace reading is computed from your floor plan in roughly sixty seconds, and the same input always produces the same result.
Private by default
Floor plans and room photos are processed in volatile memory and discarded. Palm and face images are never written to disk. Archiving is opt-in and removable in one step.
One flat price
A single price per reading. No subscription and no auto-renewal — there is nothing to cancel.
Two languages
The full product and all eight knowledge lessons are available in English and Simplified Chinese.
Cultural reference, not advice
Readings are presented as cultural material for reflection. They are not medical, legal or investment advice, and they promise no outcome.
Frequently asked
Is this fortune telling?
It is a structured application of classical Chinese metaphysics — Four Pillars, Ba Zhai, Six Lines divination and physiognomy — presented as reference material for reflection, not as a prediction of fact.
What happens to my photos?
Room photos are processed in memory and discarded unless you switch on archiving in your account. Palm and face images are never written to disk.
Why do you need my birth time?
The hour pillar depends on it. If you do not know the time, the reading still runs but the hour pillar is marked as unknown.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Account deletion removes your profile, family records, surveys, photos and readings in one cascading operation. You can also export everything first.
Why not just ask a human feng shui master?
You can — and for complex renovations you probably should. But a consultation runs $4.99–$11.99 a minute and depends on who you get. This applies one documented method, the same way, every time, for a flat fee.
Single-room survey
Our original tool, still available: upload room photos and a compass screenshot for a staged three-part report. For whole-home analysis from a floor plan, start with the plan reading above.
